[Zacharie from OFF]

first off, I really like the colors you chose. the backround colors are just dark enough so that they don't clash. You have a cute style, you just need to perfect and tone it a bit. The wings draw away all the attention with the bright gold coloring, and you don't see Zacharie first. Try toning down the colors a bit. Zacharie himself though, seems a bit flat. Try doing some basic shading here and there, to give the character more depth. Don't make the hair so big, it's distracting, and some of your proportions are off. There's more I could advise, but try just going off this. Keep trying, you'll get better.

first off, I love your style. The hands are done wonderfully, and the proportions are on point. Though the shading is a bit off, as I can't exactly tell where the light is supposed to be coming from. The backround is blank and doesn't add anything to the picture (I'm not too good with this myself, but trying is key.) The lines are a bit shaky and rough in some places, but overall, this is a really good drawing. Keep working at it!

Thanks so much for your feedback! I agree with everything you said and I'll keep working on getting better. (This one was more just about the pose but that's not an excuse )
Background work might take awhile, but I do plan on adding them to my pieces soon.
